What was the highlight of Club Hotel Cala Ratjada
Pleasant
Good location, fairly clean if you don't look under the sink I guess. Decent comfy bed. Aircon worked . Clean towels. Staff was mostly lovely Food was alright to be honest. Not restaurant quality. For the price it costs it's was alright.
Shampoo and shower gel just once on arrival , so we had to buy shampoo and everything after that. Cocktails was very basic and not very tasty and I don't recommend orange juice . And cocktails was too sweet.

Great location great staff
Great location, okay value for money and very pleasant staff they couldn’t do enough for you!
Bathroom wasn’t very clean, toilet wouldn’t flush properly, pool floor was very gritty, aircon in the room did nothing making it very very warm at night and there was a lot of noise from the rooms above and next door

Pleasant
Some meals were great , some so so. Staff were friendly, other guests not so. Location was fab. Beds comfy. Didnt use pool much.
Didnt like that we were put next to groups of loud German lads.. dont think mixing families and elderly couples is a smart plan. Groups of young people would come back and have parties at pool 5 or 6 am ..shouting and totally inconsiderate. Security wasn´t up to much. One young lad on his own is no match for groups of drunken Germans.

What was the highlight of Club Hotel Cala Ratjada
Disappointing
Breakfast was good. Meals in the outdoors area were great. On the whole, the buffets were fine.
The coffee was terrible!!! The room was located above the bar and the noise level in the evening was unacceptable. On tuesdays and fridays especially, there was a live band right underneath our window. We could not sleep and could not even have a conversation. My husband and i therefore left two days early and would like a refund for those two nights.
